Cenk Tosun joined Everton from Besiktas in January, and the centre-forward’s record for the Toffees stands at five goals and two assists in 19 appearances.
Tosun showed plenty of positive signs in the second half of last season, but has not registered in five appearances for the club at the start of the 2018-19 campaign.
That said, the striker has contributed two assists to an Everton team that has drawn three of their four Premier League matches this term.
The Everton fans have been discussing Tosun’s form on social media, and it would be fair to say that many believe that the centre-forward is not quite good enough.

Tosun scored an impressive 64 goals in 142 appearances for Besiktas ahead of a move to Everton, who beat a number of clubs to the 27-year-old’s signature.
It is still very early days in Tosun’s Everton career though, and the Merseyside outfit have had to operate with 10 men on two occasions in the Premier League this season.
